The Hon Justice Andrew Bell is the President of the New South Wales Court of Appeal. His Honour completed undergraduate degrees in Arts and Law at the University of Sydney, followed by a Bachelor of Civil Law and a Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Oxford where he was awarded the Vinerian Scholarship. His Honour was admitted to the Bar in 1995 and was appointed Senior Counsel in 2006. During his time at the Bar, his Honour had a broad national practice and an extensive international arbitration practice. His Honour was appointed to the New South Wales Court of Appeal in February 2019.
