In 2018, INBA conducted a Sexual Harassment Survey to get an idea as to what extent and at what level people are aware of PoSH. Our previous survey was quoted by Forbes India, Live Law, Indian Express, First Post, Lawrato to highlight this major concern. Ms. Vinakshi Kadan Advisor to INBA initiated this project once again owing to the reckless legislative/judicial approach to address the soaring number of incidences. She accentuated the need to have statistical analysis of the intricacies related to PoSH Law and its implementation and later have a graphical representation to make it more comprehensible.
This is the 3rd volume in this series of Sexual Harassment survey. In addition to this, we also envision every working women to be aware of her rights and steps she should take in case of any violation.
