Indian National Bar Association is organizing an interactive session on Managing Stress Post COVID for professionals when pockets feel the brunch and it becomes difficult to deal with everyday situation in office or at home. The session is to provide an insight on how to deal with such situations and remain clam.

Divya Mohindroo Kashyap, Co-Founder Embrace Imperfections, is a well- known Speaker ,Mental Health Advocate. Embrace Imperfections is a mental health organisation, whose mission is mission is “to raise awareness, promote advocacy against social stigma, empower individuals and encourage better education regarding mental health issues. Divya has Specialisation in Community and Educational Psychology, Specialisation in Early Education in Montessori Method and is a Member of American Psychological Association. She did her master’s in counselling psychology from Amity Institute of Psychology and Allied Sciences and bachelor’s in psychology Honours from Jesus and Mary college, University of Delhi.
Kaviraj Singh, Founder & Secretary General, Indian National Bar Association is post graduate diploma holder in International Trade. He is also a graduate in Industrial Psychology.
