Mr. Tabrez Ahmad

Mr. Tabrez is Director Public Policy, eBay India Pvt. Ltd. and he was the Secretary General, Organisation of Pharmaceutical Producers of India (OPPI). It’s an Organisation of Pharmaceutical Producers of India (OPPI) – a premier association of research and innovation driven pharmaceutical companies in India and also a scientific and professional body. Tabrez has over 20 years of diverse experience in legal practice, business and public policy. Before moving to OPPI, he was Director IP Policy at Microsoft India and supported strong IP regime, tech neutrality, interop and standards. Earlier he did research on intellectual property in emerging economies at George Washington University, Washington DC.
He also worked at FICCI, he headed the IT, Telecom, Electronic Hardware, E-Business IPR and BISNET departments. He actively contributed to Double taxation and Withholding tax treaties, H1B visa, IT Act, National Telecom Policy, Number portability, Innovation policy, Data protection and privacy, IP laws etc. He also promoted Indian businesses in Japan, UK, Germany, France, Sweden, Latvia, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Oman, and ASEAN countries with federal ministers and Prime Minster of India.
Tabrez is also co-chair of IPR committees of ASSOCHAM. He did MCA from Bharat University-Chennai, MBA from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade-New Delhi and LLM from George Washington University-Washington DC.

Sanjay Singh is a Managing Director at Yamaha Motor Solutions India. My focus has been on increasing competitiveness, improving customer & employee satisfaction, and increasing the depth of our services. Other responsibilities are fostering innovation, leadership, teamwork and work values within the organization.
Master’s degree in International Trade from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and experience of 21 years in Management, Sales and Operations.
Mr. Rajveer Singh
Founder & Director, Apex Cluster Development Services Pvt. Ltd.
Rajveer Singh is founder director of Apex Cluster development Services Pvt Ltd also known as ClusterKraft. Currently, he is working as Managing Director of the company. He is an economist and management professional with specialization in local industrial development, Sub-sector – Cluster based industrial development, and Local Economic Policy.
He was awarded M. Phil in Industrial Economics and urbanization from the Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi India, and served with National, international organization and developmental institutions. He was a key team member in the cluster development programme of United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). He was also appointed by UNIDO as INTERNATIONAL EXPERT ON CLUSTER BASED INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT for Cambodia. He served as Technical Advisor in Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh states in India for Cluster based development of MSMEs in these states. He initiated institution-building programs to ensure Industrial Development and integrated/ competent Business Development Services (BDS) across India.
Clusterkraft was one of the implementing agencies for one of the biggest BDS implementation programmes in India supported by world Bank and implemented by SIDBI. He also designed a programme to infuse ICT (information and Communication Technology) among SMEs called PROJECT VIKAS for Microsoft, India and NMCC ( National Manufacturing Competitiveness Council), Government of India to improve ICT among MSMEs in India in 2006 and implemented the programme in 7 MSME clusters in India. He also served as a MEMBER (Working Group), in Department of Science and Technology, Government of India under different committees for technology adoption among entrepreneurs.
Mr. Sunil Singh

Sunil Singh has over 30 years of entrepreneurial and legal experience. Having graduated from the Delhi University (Faculty of Law) in 1983, he has distinguished himself in espousing the cause for the use, adoption and spreading of IPR awareness across India at various industry associations and export promotion councils. Adept in Intellectual Property Prosecution practice, Sunil has been associated with several organisations like DRDO, CSIR, IIT Delhi, ITC, Cadila and various Fortune 500 companies in the identification, procurement and protection of patentable inventions both in India and overseas alongwith trademark filings and protection thereof.
As an entrepreneur, Sunil is familiar with and understands shades of measures that are required by new enterprises so as to create an enabling business ecosystem through removing imperfections in the delivery, capacity building and development of business. Over the last few years, Sunil has been advocating industry relevant advisory for several organisations so as to ensure that clients are able to better articulate their policy concerns. He is a key team member with focus on soliciting support and creating linkages between customers and business teams for licensed usage of digital products for several technology organisations like Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, Siemens, and Tekla which has eventually led in realisation of revenue valued at several million USD for these organisations.
Mr. Karan Kalia

Karan completed his law degree from Faculty of Law, Delhi University. After law school, he became a litigation Associate at Ram Jethmalani Law Chambers, a firm in New Delhi.
He was in charge of assisting Mr. Ram Jethmalani in the High Courts and Supreme Courts litigation matters and with him he advised and represented top groups, companies, businessman in high profile cases in India.
He completed Masters of Law (LLM) and the Wharton Business and Law Program from University of Pennsylvania. In University he was selected to attend the Negotiation class offered by one of the best Negotiation professors in the world- Mr. Stuart Diamond.
He was the runners up in the coveted International Moot Court Competition held at American University, Washington D.C in mArch 2016. Apart from moot court he has judged the best moot court competition in the world.The Jessup Moot Competition at Washington D.C.
Mr. Kaviraj Singh
Secretary General, Indian National Bar Association
Kaviraj Singh is Secretary General of Indian National Bar Association & founder and managing partner of Trustman & Co that he formed in the year 1998. Mr. Singh started his legal career in the year of 1996. Mr. Singh also edits a legal encyclopedia covering various laws of India. Mr. Singh is a Emeritus Chapter Chairman of New York State Bar Association, International Section. Mr. Kaviraj Singh had been nominated by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Delhi, India to the governing body of Aurbindo College under University of Delhi. Mr. Singh is presented with memento by the Consular General of United State of America Consulate at New Delhi. He is currently serving as President, Legal Cell of Indo-American Friendship Group and is also serving as Director of Federation of International Business Association based at New Delhi.
Mr. Singh is former Director and Head, India for the New York State Department of Economic Development to promote the investment into new York State and export from New York State to India. As India-Head, Kaviraj directly reported into New York State Governer’s office.
Mr. Singh is a graduate in law from University of Delhi (LLB, 1996). After his graduation, Mr. Singh did a post graduate diploma course in International Trade. Mr. Singh is also a graduate in Industrial Psychology.
